— MEET THE TEAM

Three Decades. One Team.

For more than 30 years, Sanjesh Sharma and Michelle Urias have built this business side by side — turning a small mortgage brokerage into an in-house team that originates, funds, and closes its own loans.

OUR HISTORY

Three Decades, One Team

For more than 30 years, Sanjesh Sharma and Michelle Urias have built this business side by side, a partnership that started as a small mortgage brokerage and grew into something far larger. From a modest start, they grew into a 6,000 square foot office, operated as a branch of a local brokerage, launched their own brokerage, and ultimately partnered with a full mortgage banker. Every step added capability. None of it changed the way they treat clients. Today the team runs lending in-house, from loan origination to funding, with Michelle keeping every file moving and every client informed. It is a small team by design, close enough that nothing falls through the cracks.

Powered by Statewide Funding

The Sharma Group operates as a branch of Statewide Funding, Inc., a hybrid mortgage banking firm headquartered in Ontario, California. The team originates, processes, underwrites, draws documents, and closes internally, funding its own FHA, VA, conventional, and non-conforming loans. When a client's situation calls for something more specialized, the firm can broker through a network of over 70 lenders, so the answer is rarely no. It is the best of both worlds: the speed and control of an in-house lender with the reach of a nationwide network.
